Product returns can be made within 14 days of receipt if the buyer is not satisfied with their purchase. The return process is done if:

Returns are made through the companies we work with (GENIKI TAXIDROMIKI, ACS COURIER & EASYMAIL).

The shipping costs borne by the Company if the mistake was ours. Otherwise, the return cost is borne by the customer.

Until the product arrives with us, it is your responsibility, so it is important to make sure the packaging of the shipment is secure so as to avoid any damage during transport and therefore the inability to return it.

In case you want to change your product, the procedure you follow is the following: the amount is returned to your account or credit card (depending on your payment method) and after its return you make a re-purchase from our online store.

Once we receive the returned product, the process of returning its value will begin. This depends on the payment method you have chosen. So, the amount will be refunded either by canceling the debit of your credit / debit card, or by depositing the amount within 15-30 working days in the bank account that you will indicate to us in case of cash on delivery.
